The Bee bottle- Guerlain

The honeycomb technique is an interesting one, It is usually used in small scale objects like Christmas ornaments, but we like to push the limits here so I created this 140cm tall and 30LB heavy perfume bottle that traveled flat to Toronto for a PR event for Guerlain.
About the process
Here you see 100 sheets of cardstock cut and glued together by hand, one week of work and a lot of thinking. My favourite part, as always, were the details.
